Johnstone Adventure Lodge opened its doors to customers in 2019. We are a small family business comprised of a few chalets offering the ultimate intimate experience in the wilds of Alaska. It is our great pleasure to welcome guests to this very special part of the world! 

 

Jordan was raised in New York. His love for skiing brought him to Utah and then onward to Alaska. As a backcountry skier he lived in Valdez, AK for several years. Jordan first saw Johnstone Bay while aboard a boat searching for surf. He was struck by both the beauty and the diverse recreational opportunities that the area offered. He acquired land at Johnstone Bay and with a team, he built the structures at Johnstone Bay between 2015 and 2018.
